I think that tattoo is a bit far fetched. it would have to be huge to capture the detail and it would take forever to get all those lines in. let alone your artist has to be really great to get the lines straight like that. it would cost a fortune. you could take it to a couple of shops and have them evaluate it for you,,, time/price/aggrivation… but to be honest, you'll probably be disappointed if it isn't perfect

If it is the bulb…It's pretty simple, all you have to do is take off a little tiny square panel board that is secured with like 4 phillip's screws…depending on the type of TV you have.
Then you just grab that bulb and pull it out and put in the new one…The bulb itself will run around $80.00-$250.00 or so, depending on the size and brand of your tv.
Manual can guide you step by step how to do it.

My work involves the construction of small-scale meticulously detailed models using various materials and objects to create emotive landscapes. Every aspect from the construction to the lighting of the final model is painstakingly pre-planned using methods which force the viewers perspective when photographed from a specific angle. Using a mixture of photographic techniques such as scale, depth of field, white balance and lighting I am able to drastically alter the appearance of my materials. For images documenting how these works are made see my facebook fan page “Matthew Albanese”. “Volcano (Breaking Point)” is available for online auction at Daniel Cooney Gallery in NYC Check it out here

Acryllic paints are the best to use. Oils are also very good, but they are much more expensive and trickier to deal with. If you compare Northern and Italian Renaissance paintings from the same time period, you'll notice the Northern paintings are much more detailed (even if they had not mastered one-point perspective yet, like the Italians). That is because they used oil paints in the North, rather than the egg tempera paints used in the south.
What is more crucial, however, is the brush. I personally cannot find brushes small enough to paint the kinds of details that Jan van Eyck, for instance, painted. I have to clip my brushes down, use a hand-steadying instrument, and a magnifying glass.
Good luck and I hope this helps!

Remember the three leaked ASUS Eee PC models from last week, the 1015P, 1016P and 1018P? ASUS have delivered on all three, and while we’ve already seen live shots of the super-slim Eee PC 1018P Prime, we thought you might like more details on the other two machines. The ASUS Eee PC 1015P has the same white plastic styling as previous “Seashell” netbooks from the company, but throws in a 14hr 6-cell 63Wh battery and Intel’s latest Atom N450, N455, N470 and N475 processors. There’s also a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 display, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard-drive, to which ASUS will throw in a further 500GB of online storage. Connectivity includes WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, along with VGA, USB 2.0, a memory card reader and audio in/out. As for the ASUS Eee PC 1016P Diary, that’s apparently intended for business use and comes with a sensible aluminum chassis. It gets the same basic specs and processor choices as the Eee PC 1015P Seashell, but you can also upgrade the RAM to 2GB and the HDD to…

Sure, we may one day all simply carry pico projector-equipped phones and ditch any other sort of display, but until then, there’s still a place for projectors like Dell’s new S300w model. Designed mostly with presentations in mind, the projector can produce a 90-inch, 720p image from a distance of three feet (or 60-inches from two feet), and it packs both built-in wireless capabilities and a so-called “Plug-and-Show via USB” feature for some added flexibility. You’ll also get Crestron RoomView Express software bundled with the projector for remote operation and monitoring, and some decent enough all around specs, including 2200 ANSI lumens of brightness, a 2,400:1 contrast ratio and, of course, 3D capability (though not out of the box) — all for $999.
Dell debuts wireless, 3D-capable S300w short-throw projector originally appeared on Engadget on Thu, 18 Mar 2010 02:56:00 EST. Please see our terms for use of feeds.

Go to the shop and see if they have any designs similar to what you are looking for…if they do then work off of that and have them draw it more to how you see it. If they dont though, find a good artist that can draw what you explain to them. Its okay to be picky..if they dont draw it the way you see it then go somewhere else.

What the hell do you mean "rotate"?
well, i was taught that the best way to work is, to pitch your idea to a possible customer bfore you start writing…
however, if you have the book written out already, a short outline would help to sell it because few people will actually sit down and read a full book…
newspapers and publishers should have informations on where to submit exposes/treatments/manuscripts to be considered… Dropping it off in person and making a good impression with the secretary can help you a great deal too…
good luck
