How Do I Get Yahoo Home Page To Fill My Screen? I Have A 17 Inch Monitor?

My Yahoo home page always filled the screen from left to right, it is now just centered with about 4 inches on each side. Can it be stretched from side to side?

Yes, Just maximize the page by clicking on the small square at the upper right corner of the page. Or press F11 on the Key board. Or From View menu, Full Screen.
This probably is not the solution, but you can try it. Put the arrow of your mouse on one of the edges of the page until you see the sideways arrows. Holding down the left click of your mouse move the sideways arrows right or left, to make the picture wider or narrower on that side of the page. Then the other side of the page.
Okay this is just a guess since I use a Mac, but since Vista is basically a knockoff of Mac OS X try this remedy:
Use cursor to drag the window all the way to the left. Then, drag cursor to bottom-right of window and click and drag the window to fill the rest of the screen.

the rule usually is one gallon of water per fish.
also you must have your tank running for a few days without any fish in it to prime it.alot of pet stores wont sell you fish unless your tank has been primed.
now…a terrarium is not specifically made for fish-it's possible it may not be able to handle the pressure…unless you used a fish tank for your terrarium.

For what you are talking about, there really arn't a lot of things that I can think of that would fit for what you want. One I can think of is response time. This will impact the time you have to react to situations in games so the lower the response time the better. I would go for somewhere around 8 milliseconds or lower. Other than that, there really isn't much that fits what you want. Brightness and contrast, stuff like that doesn't really make a difference because they are all about the same and can be adjusted anyway. If you want higher quality go for a DVI monitor instead of VGA, but once again a game will work just as good on VGA so this really isn't a big deal, but is better for the occasional movie.
One thing that you might look at is whether or not the screen is protected with a glass coating. If it is, there will often be a glare where there would not be if you didn't have the glass. If you want to touch the monitor a lot, get the glass, if not, then don't. I have a non glass one and have had no problems except the occasional friend that pokes it and it messes with the color. Just be careful.
Other than these things, I can't think of anything that will be a big deal for gaming. All monitors come with certain resolutions that games support so no big deal here either. I have a basic LCD that I use for games and have no problems with it, everything works great! Basically, pick the monitor you want, it should work good.
Hope this helps!

Yes, you might need the bulb. Try unplugging it, wait a half hour and plug it back in. Do you have it connected to a power surge protector? If so, when you plug it back in, plug it directly into the wall socket….hope this helps, if not it looks like you might have to replace the bulb….
